By using the Gulelalah website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, colours and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or adjust an order where there is a genuine pricing, availability or listing error.
Payments
Orders must be paid using the payment method offered at checkout. Custom Outfit orders require advance payment.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible regular products are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Custom Outfit orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
