Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible regular products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration or missing tags may not qualify.

Custom Outfit

Custom Outfit orders are created from the customer’s selected combination of designs and require advance payment. Because these orders are customized according to the customer’s selections, they are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact shopwithus@gulelalah.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide the next steps.
